WALDORF CHICKEN SALAD

Dressing:

1 cup non fat yogurt

2 tablespoons honey

1/4 teaspoon ginger powder

Salad:

2 cups cooked chicken

1 cup chopped apples

1 cup halved red grapes

1/2 cup sliced celery

1/2 cup raisins

Leaf lettuce

Combine all dressing ingredients and blend well.

Separately, combine all the salad ingredients and add

dressing. Refrigerate for about 15 minutes and then serve

on lettuce lined leaves. Yield: 4 servings
