Chicken Salad Croissants

2 Cups chunked cooked chicken

1/4 Teaspoon salt

3/4 Cup mayonnaise

1/8 Teaspoon Black Pepper

3/4 Cup chopped walnuts

4 Large croissants split

1/2 Cup sweetened dried cranberries -- Optional

4 Leaves Lettuce -- Optional

In a large bowl, combine chicken, mayonnaise, walnuts, cranberries, salt

and black pepper; mix well. Spread equally over croissants and add a leaf

of lettuce to each, if desired. Serve immediately. Recipe By: Mr. Food's

Chicken Salad

3 Cups diced chicken

2 Cups diced celery

1/2 Cup mayonnaise or salad dressing

1 1/4 Cups chopped sweet pickles

3 T. lemon juice

1 Tsp. salt

1/4 Tsp. pepper

Combine chicken and celery. In a separate bowl, combine all other ingredients.

Add chicken and celery. Let chill for one hour.
