* Exported from MasterCook * Chicken Ritz Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 4 chicken breasts (I used boneless/skinless) 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 c. sour cream (I used plain yogurt) -- (8 oz.) 1 pkg. Ritz crackers 3/4 stick butter Boil chicken breasts until done. Seperate chicken and cover bottom of 8 x 8 casserole dish. Mix together soup and sour cream. Pour over chicken. Crumble Ritz crackers and layer on top of the mixture. Melt butter and pour over crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Serves 4Notes: I froze this for 2 weeks before baking it . Thawed and cooked as directed.
