Chicken/Turkey Dinner pie

1 freezer pie crust -- double

1 1/2 cups cooked chicken -- ( or turkey) cubed

2 cups chicken gravy

10 ounces frozen peas and carrots -- 1 package (or any

mixed veggies you want)

1 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon pepper

1/8 teaspoon poultry seasoning

1/8 teaspoon ground thyme

In a large bowl combine turkey or chicken, gravy, carrots and peas, salt, pepper, poultry seasoning and thyme. Stir to distribute.

If freezing pour mixture into 1- gallonfreezer bag and freeze flat. Thaw in fridge over night and proceed

Prepare bottom crust in a 9 inch pie plate. Pour chicken mixture into shell. Cover with top crust. Trim and flute edges. Cut slits in top. Bake 35-40 minutes in preheated oven at 425 or until golden brown.

NOTES : I used a can of chicken gravy. I just used up a bunch of frozen veggies we had in the freezer. This was very good!!!
