CHICKEN-CURRY

1/2 grilled chicken

approx 125 g frozen -- thawed corn (not on

the cob)

2 dl creme fraiche or sour cream

1 tsp curry

1 dash white pepper

1/2 tsp salt

Remove skin and bones from the chicken. Cut the meat in pieces and put in a food processor. Chop it finely. Mix creme fraiche or sour cream with curry, white pepper, and salt. Add thawed corn and chicken meat. Mix.
