Chicken Alfredo

2-3 cups leftover chicken (newly leftover chicken or frozen sticky chicken or any other leftover chicken from your freezer)
Several stems of broccoli or 2-3 cups frozen broccoli
1 jar Ragu or Four Brothers Alfredo sauce

Take whatever about 2 cups of leftover chicken and shred or dice it up small. I usually run it through a food processor with a large blade. In a large saucepan heat chicken thoroughly. If using fresh broccoli use a small paring knife and cut into very small florets. Cook broccoli in a separate pan with water until tender but not mushy. Drain cooked broccoli and add to sauce pan with leftover chicken. Add alfredo sauce and heat. Serve over fettuccini, spaghetti noodles or linguini noodles.

Notes: I don't freeze this meal but do use leftovers from chicken that I have frozen to throw it together. If your family is tired of chicken this meal works nicely because the chicken is chopped up small and "hidden" in the strong flavor of the Alfredo Sauce.
